  • I work with clients through many types of eating disorders, mainly binge eating disorder and overeating behaviours. Sometimes clients may not reach a diagnosis for binge-eating disorder, but they still struggle with overeating and the stress, anxiety and isolation associated with it. I am here to support you no matter where you are.

  • Whilst traditional therapy can often depict endless sessions of brain dumping with no clear goal other than having the therapeutic outlet of talking, the intergrative therapetic approach I offer goes beyond that. Being trained in multiple approaches means that I have the flexibility to choose an approach that is most suitable for the individual which includes a combination of traditional “talking therapy” combined with more experiential approaches such as breathwork and visualisation. I also place a big emphasis on setting clear goals and providing you with practical tools for you to use to move towards your set goals so you have full clarity on where you are and where you want to be.

  • We’ll start of by understanding what you’re struggling with so you can achieve clarity and make sense of what you’re going through. We’ll then set clear and realistic goals based on where you want to be. Sessions can also involve psycho-education to help you understand your mind, unpacking complicated thoughts and feelings, problem solving and more.

    I understand that opening up to someone is not always easy so we’ll move at your own pace and you can expect to be treated with kindness and respect.
