“I just can't express how life changing this experience has been for me, the best investment in myself I've ever made. She gives practical tips, journalling tips, helpful sessions and so much support. I genuinely cannot recommend enough.”

Before: “Definitely a huge struggle for me was binge eating. However, it wasn't only that, I struggled massively with self-criticism, self-doubt and my confidence.”

After: “I stopped binge eating regularly. This meant I wasn't continously in a haze, wanting to sleep all day, I had more energy and best of all I could think clearer. I didn't hate myself anymore because of what I was doing to myself. Another win was the way I talked to myself, it become more neutral, and all of a sudden my head wasn't such a bad place to be in( if that makes sense). It made me more easy going, I'd even say spontaneous. Quite frankly, I've got my life back.”

“Its worth it! You cannot put a price on your happiness and self worth. Thanks to Harriet there is now light at the end of the tunnel. I feel so confident in my abilities to push past this binge eating mindset, thanks to the numerous tools that Harriet has instilled in me. I living a much happier and balanced lifestyle, and its great!”

Before: “Binge eating. My thoughts were constantly around food/ trying to avoid another binge happening. I couldn’t keep certain ‘trigger’ foods in the house as I would binge on them. I couldn’t eat anything classified as a bad food for fear it would lead to a binge. If I binged my mood was awful for the day and days surrounding it. A lot of the time it lead to purging which also left me feeling helpless”

After: I eat any food! Nothing is a ‘bad’ food! Which means I can eat food without the guilt and without the fear it will lead to a binge

“You gave me the tools to change my life… worth every single penny 100x over!!! You can’t put a price on your health, especially mentally.”

Before: “Feeling stressed/anxious about every little thing. Constantly feeling high alert. Feeling like I had no control over the binges.”

After: “Not even getting the urge to binge anymore! Far far far less anxious than before. Learning to not worry about everything all the time and not bingeing once during the course of therapy/since!!!”

Client Testimonial, UK

“Harriet has honestly changed my life … I have more than reaped the benefits. I have learned SO much about myself and my emotions. I am nowhere near the same person I was 12 weeks ago.”

Before: “I was anxious and depressed, I was binge eating to cope with life and I was quite possibly in the worst place in my life that I have ever been”

After: “My binges have reduced in number and severity, I’m no longer depressed or have that narrative of “what’s the point” in life. If I do binge I am able to get myself right back on track and forgive myself. I am more in tune with my emotions. If I feel anxious I am able to cope, if I feel depressed I am anxious to cope. I feel SO strong and content”

I know change is scary…

…but we also both know how much happier and healthier you will be if you can move through your days, weeks, months, and years without being tormented by food, your body image and your relationship with yourself.

Something that I’ve learned from my time being a therapist is that my clients are always stronger than they think they are.

At the start of the week, they may tell me they don’t think they can do it, but by the end of the week, we are celebrating just how wrong they were.

I know this can be the same for you - join now and prove to yourself how strong you can be.
