FAQ & Fees

  • Sessions are 60 minutes (held online) and I use an integrative approach that is rooted in self-compassion, acceptance & committed action to help you let go of the struggle & build the confidence to move you towards the life you truly desire.

In sessions, I blend talk therapy with experiential tools such as hypnotherapy, deep journal prompts, inner child work and mindfulness making the process not only effective in helping you make change, but very healing, relaxing & comforting.

  • I have a wealth of experience working with a wide range of presenting issues across different contexts.

    Individuals I work with:
I primarily work with women (18+) who are ready to explore themselves on a deeper level and build self-worth from within by connecting with their values, finding their voice, and learning how to meet themselves with compassion.

These are women who are motivated to do the inner work, who want to feel more grounded in who they are, and who are open to learning practical, evidence-based tools to support their mental health in everyday life.

Mental health symptoms I work with:
Self-esteem and confidence issues (including body image), binge eating, nervous system dysregulation, and generalised anxiety - including overthinking, constant worrying, felt anxiety, stress, and low mood related to self-worth.

    Cases I work with:
I support clients through a variety of life challenges connected to the above symptoms, including breakups (romantic and friendship), dating struggles, work-related stress, and identity shifts.

If the core of what you’re facing ties back to how you see and treat yourself, we’ll likely be a good fit :)

🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️My practice is inclusive and welcoming to people of all races, identities, body sizes, and abilities. It’s LGBTQIA+ affirming and anti-racist. You’re safe and respected here, exactly as you are.

  • There are certain mental health conditions and cases that I don’t work with — not because they aren’t valid or important — but because my current training and experience mean I wouldn’t be able to support you to the standard you deserve. I believe in staying within my scope so that anyone who works with me gets the right care for their needs.

Mental health conditions I don’t work with:
PTSD, complex trauma, psychosis or schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder (BPD), bipolar disorder, substance or alcohol addiction, clinical depression & severe self-harm / active suicidal ideation.

    Cases I don’t work with:
Divorce-related cases, legal cases, family court cases, couples work, young people and children.

Any questions, please let me know and I’m always happy to clarify and even in some cases signpost you to more appropriate support.

  • Yes! The introductory consultation is complimentary 30-minute session to give you a feel of what it’ll be like to work with me so you can invest in further sessions with confidence.

Within this session, we’ll unpack what you’re currently experiencing & map out what moving forward looks like to you.

After that, I’ll paint a clear picture of how my therapy approach can support you and help you decide if we’re the right fit for each other.

You will be provided with the link to book this session after enquiring using the form above.

  • My current availability is UK morning time with the earliest time being 6am and latest being 11am Monday to Thursday.

Sessions can be held weekly or fortnightly.

  • It’s completely normal to feel nerves about starting therapy.

This is a huge reason why I offer a free introductory call so we can chat first, and then you make a pressure-free decision on whether I’m best therapist for you with confidence & reassurance.

My priority is making the space for you as comfy as possible: I encourage to join sessions in a safe space, bringing with you a hot drink & blanket to make it as relaxing as possible.

  • I offer therapy in blocks of 4 sessions (60 mins x 4) for £320 (£80 per session).

All new clients are required to start with 4 sessions minimum.

  • I hold a Level 5 diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy which integrates evidence based hypnotherapy with traditional CBT.

Since qualifying, I have undertaken many additional certifications including an Eating Disorder Practitioner Diploma; Acceptance & Commitment Training; Compassion Focused Therapy, & many more.

Furthermore, I am currently in the midst of a 4-year counselling training programme.

I also hold a first-class degree in Psychology.

  • If you're in crisis or feel at risk, please seek immediate help. Call 999 if you’re in imminent danger, or 111 for urgent medical advice.

You can also contact Samaritans on 116 123 (free, 24/7) or text SHOUT to 85258 for mental health support.

Please do not wait to get support in these circumstances, support IS available!

HCT is a modern therapeutic approach that helps you both heal and move forward.

I am a therapist specialising in helping you heal self-esteem & rebuild confidence after a breakup or throughout dating struggles.

Together, we’ll untangle the emotions, rewire the way you speak to yourself, and help you step into a future where you feel in control again.

  • Hypnotherapy is like a quiet exhale for an overwhelmed mind.

The process works by guiding you into a relaxed & meditative state which makes you mind naturally responsive to new ideas including new ways of thinking, feeling & acting.

Whilst in this state, I feed your mind suggestions in the form of verbal affirmations & visual scenes.

I record every hypnosis session (audio-only) so you can keep the recording forever.

  • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) is the process of accepting what is outside of your control, whilst committing to action that makes your life meaningful.

ACT helps you make space for the grief, the confusion, and the “this isn’t how life was supposed to go” moments without getting stuck in them.

Instead of trying to fix or fight painful thoughts and feelings, we gently learn to carry them while reconnecting with the parts of life that still matter.

  • Inner Child Healing is an effective way to unlock deep empathy for yourself by guiding you to meet your younger self through visualisation.

This approach is helpful if you feel stuck in limiting beliefs that you’ve carried since childhood.
